Internal Policy

In ensuring a healthy work environment for all employees, WCS-India has constituted a complaint committee to address and settle any issues relating to sexual harassment of women at the workplace. The organisation abides by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Related guidelines and rules are included here. Also included are details on how to register a complaint and follow it up.
