Monali Mhaskar
Monali is the Project Leader in the Lesser Florican Program at WCS-India. Monali completed her Masters in Biodiversity from Pune University and worked on several projects dealing with ecology. With 12 years of experience studying multiple taxa including plants, birds, butterflies; mainly worked in 2 the biodiversity hotspots from India- the Western Ghats and the Eastern Himalayas.
In her past work experience Monali got an opportunity to work closely with the local tribal communities from respective regions. The on-field experience helped her to understand and formulate the probable interdisciplinary approaches to conservation and sustainability. Apart from academic training she is also interested in graphic designing; designed several literature for the focal taxon. She enjoys meeting new people, visiting new places and learning about the history of the places.

Vibhav Sharma
A chemical engineer turns into a conservationist. Vibhav has pursued his PGDFM from the Indian Institute of Forest Management with a Specialization in Conservation & Livelihood and Environmental Management. He had experience working with Melghat Tiger Reserve Conservation Foundation, BRLPS, and Petrochemical Industry. He is a solo traveler and Nature enthusiast.
