Arjun joined WCS – India in 2012 as a Research Associate, and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Florida, USA. He obtained his Master of Science degree in Wildlife Biology and Conservation from the graduate program offered by NCBS–WCS in 2012. His doctoral research is focused on ecology and conservation of dholes in the Western Ghats.
Arjun’s research interests and on-going collaborative projects include studies of carnivore ecology and human-carnivore interactions across multiple landscapes in India. He is a member of the IUCN Species Survival Commission Canid Specialist Group and the IUCN Dhole Working Group. He is also a professional artist and cartoonist, specializing in creating conservation-themed artwork for nature education and science communication.
She has been with WCS-India since 2012. She is currently assisting in ‘The Dhole Project’
Ryan works with The Dhole Project, where he assists in the study of endangered species through the application of genetic techniques.
